JCZ-350 changeable purlin machine can produce 2 profile in one machine, and the machine
can auto change the profile and specifications, and there are screen showing
the changes. In mass production, the PLC can control the profile, specification,
length, punching cutting, and roll forming.
JCZ-350 changeable purlin machine consists of hydraulic decoiler, flattening device,
2 sets of hydraulic punching equipment, hydraulic cutting equipment, changeable
roll former, PLC controller, hydraulic system etc.
The main driven system use proportional servo control technology. The control of
speed, length and position is accurate.
The control system includes a industrial computer, RS485 connector with PLC. The
system use WINDOWS2000 with soft ware IFIX.
