Corrugated sandwich panels are directly produced using this line, without the shortcoming of having to be manually laminated after forming. Both the roll forming machine and the laminating system can work independently,
with the roll forming machine consisting of feeding system, roll forming system
and cutting system. Meanwhile, the laminating system is made up of such equipment as decoiler, feeder, squeezer, heater, and laminating, edge rolling, edge turn-over, groove-making, edge pruning, automatic cutting and PLC devices. This machine merges mechanical and electrical equipment into an organic whole, with annual production volume standing at about 500,000 square meters
